All sales are final. Because our products are compounded prescription medications prepared for each individual patient, they cannot be returned or refunded once your order is filled. The only exception is if the reviewing physician declines your order, in which case you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that product.

Every order is reviewed by a licensed physician, which typically takes about 2 to 3 business days. Once approved, the pharmacy fills and ships your order, which typically takes about 2 to 4 business days. You will receive FedEx tracking information once the pharmacy ships your order. Most clients receive their order in approximately 7 business days, though timeframes are estimates and delivery timing after shipment is handled by the carrier.
